At Four Seasons, Hotel guests of all ages are invited to our second dive-in movie night of the summer, as we present “The Lego Movie” on the big screen at our indoor family pool at sundown on Friday, July 4. Burgers, hot dogs and other grilled-to-order favorites can be ordered poolside, and a full bar and frozen treats will be available as well.

Heirloom Farming Experience
Experience the extraordinary this summer with our immersive organic farming package at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, California. Part of Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts’ international Extraordinary Experiences campaign, Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village has created a distinctive Heirloom Farming Experience for gardening enthusiasts visiting the Hotel’s sunny Conejo Valley destination.
Inspired by California’s Central Valley, located just a few miles north of the Hotel, the package features an interactive, private tour with Tim Philen of Philen Pharms, one of the few organic heirloom farms in the country, for a one-of-a-kind, immersive experience. Philen Pharms specializes in rare American heirloom produce, grown from centuries-old grafted trees that have maintained their genealogical integrity and can be traced back to royal gardens in Asia and Europe. A few of Philen’s most popular fruits include exact replicas of George Washington’s apples and Thomas Jefferson’s pears.
The Heirloom Farming Extraordinary Experience two-night package includes an exclusive tour of Philen Pharms lead by proprietor Tim Philen, lunch by Four Seasons Executive Chef made from garden-grown and local ingredients, and private garden tour and Wellness Kitchen interactive cooking experience led by an on-site Registered Dietitian. Extraordinary Experience welcome amenity, transportation, and overnight suite accommodations are also included.

Wine Wednesdays in the Wellness Kitchen
Sip back and relax, as we pair wine with wellness in our summer Wine Wednesday series at California Health & Longevity Institute, located at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village. Led by a registered dietitian, enjoy a menu of delicious and nutritious recipes perfectly paired with wine selections from local tasting rooms and vineyards.
Enjoy a different menu of savory small plates and wine pairing menu at each of the three events, and meet the winemakers from local wineries, who will also be available for a brief Q&A immediately following the event.
Admission to the event series is $150 per person and includes entry to all three of the Wine Wednesday events, July through September. Single-event admission is available at $60 per person. All Wine Wednesday events run from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.

Served on a whole-grain bun with gruyere, shiitake mushroom, onion and a special “umami” sauce, our Turkey Burger with grilled asparagus is only 550 calories.
Wholesome, nutritious ingredients, flavorful herbs and seasonal produce come together in our all-new Sustained Living menus, featuring a selection of wellness-inspired dishes created by Director of Nutrition Paulette Lambert, R.D., CDE of California Health & Longevity Institute and Executive Chef Alexander La Motte of Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village.
The new menus are based on California Health & Longevity Institute’s nutrition philosophy of eating a plant-based diet consisting of more whole grains, high fiber carbohydrates and lean protein to maintain a healthy lifestyle and reduce the overall risk of chronic illnesses including heart disease, cancer and type 2 diabetes.
Sustained Living menu items are currently available on the breakfast and lunch menus in The Lobby Lounge and will be added to The Spa and In-Room Dining menus later this summer. Sustained Living breakfast options include Ancient Grain Porridge with barley, quinoa, steel cut oats, non-fat Greek yogurt, peaches and pecans (370 calories); and 9 Grain French Toast with wild blueberry compote and assorted berries (370 calories). Lunch dishes feature Mushroom and Kale Calzone with goat milk ricotta, kale pesto, eggplant, squash, whole grain crust, and a baby kale salad (520 calories); Quinoa and Heirloom Beans with Mohr Fry Calypso beans, garden beets, local peas, cotija cheese, and green harissa (465 calories); and Chilled Thai Coconut Curry Carrot Soup with a pine nut and citrus relish (120 calories).

Father’s Day BBQ Brunch at Hampton’s

Our annual Father’s Day BBQ Brunch features some of Dad’s favorites including outdoor grill, craft beer, and lively lawn games. Executive Chef Alexander La Motte has imagined an upscale menu of BBQ, served hot off the grill and smoker on the patio of Hampton’s dining room. The BBQ menu features all-beef sliders, a variety of house-made sausages with over 20 freshly-made condiments, and 18-hour smoked pork. Additionally, signature brunch dishes such as ONYX sushi, carving station, raw bar, omlette station, dessert bar and gourmet salads will be available. To compliment this hearty feast, draft and bottled craft beers from throughout California will be served. Guests are also invited to play lawn games after brunch including bocce ball, corn hole, ping pong and golf chipping on the Waterfall Lawn.

Locally-sourced ingredients can be found in each of our dining outlets throughout the Hotel. At ONYX, guests can savor Chef Masa’s garden-grown Shishito Peppers or try his Spring Pea Soup, a seasonal favorite. In the Lobby Lounge, Executive Chef Alexander La Motte incorporates garden-grown ingredients into his menu selections, such as Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho and Hamachi Tartar with Pagoda Garden Beets. On the weekends, guests can also enjoy an interactive, local dining experience with our Farmer’s Market Breakfast in the Lobby Lounge.

1/2 oz grapefruit juice from Bernard Ranches (Riverside, CA)
1/2 oz orange juice from Bernard Ranches (Riverside, CA)
1/2 oz lemon juice from Limoneira Lemons (Santa Paula, CA)
Fresh-picked garden mint for garnish (Westlake Village, CA)
1/2 oz Housemade Simple Syrup
- Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake well and roll into a footed cocktail glass.
